Worst customer/return service you can imagine. I am still waiting for my returns, they were booked wrong, you get no helpfull answers from the customer support. Nice products but really bad overall e-commerce experience. If you have issues (reclamations) or questions about a product you get no answer from the customer support.
Products are great quality as most people know, but after care is awful. Returns are to Italy. I have been waiting for a refund for over three weeks, to be told "we have system issues :(" and that a refund will be processed and will take up to 3 weeks to return to my card! Completely unacceptable.

Terrible in many ways, I should have learned after the first time. I bought a pair of pants, it took a long time to arrive (from Italy) and returned it at my cost (wrong size, my fault!). But I decided to order two more over a week ago, no shipping confirmation, it still shows as "in process" but I was charged immediately, impossible to speak with anyone, and no news of my order. I am European, so I can say that I am afraid that is the way Italy works.
Stay away or order from reputable resellers
Would never use again. Shocking customer service for a big company.
I'm a documentary producer working on a high-speed large-format motorcycle movie and would like to know if anyone's had false deployment sensor problems with D-Air Race jackets? I'm working on 2nd unit photography and discovered my D-Air jacket thinks it's been deployed...it hasn't and now it must be sent back and won't be returned for at least a month. Is this really how Dainese treats its customer's mandatory safety gear issues? San Fransisco's Dainese store was useless, despite wasting three-hours of my time. Unreliable, unprofessional and useless is the way I'd sum up D-Air and Dainese. Hope we can return the favor with our film. Purchased 10k in gear for our crew. Never again.

He realizado un pedido, me lo confirman, y al cabo de 5 días me lo anulan y devuelven el dinero.
Son cebos que cuelgan para darse a conocer y sin existencias. Retienen tu dinero un tiempo, y si además has pedido algo más, eso sí te lo facturan.
I order, they confirm it, and after 5 days they cancel it and refund the money.
They hang "baits" out of stock to be known. They keep your money for a while, and if you have also asked for something else, they will bill you for that.
Purchased smart jacket airbag two months ago. The jacket turned out faulty, sometimes during a ride the jacket would go into Alarm mode, user interface LED is flashing red and vibrating, which is per user's manual is a sign of malfunction, leaving me basically unprotected. Trying to get assistance from customer service for two months with no success, sending them videos of the issue and all the details. Zero assistance so far. Most of my emails are simply ignored. What a shame, Dainese! Selling faulty life saving equipment from your own store and failing to assist a customer!
I followed the size instructions according to the dimensions of my foot, but the shoes received are not even close to the right size (also one shoe indicates the number 41 and the other indicates 42 on the back).
I contacted customer service to find out the correct size, but there has been no response for at least 10 days. In addition, they say that when returning items, we can choose the new size, but there is no place to write that.
I decided to return the shoes and paid 60 euros to the national postal company to return the original box to Italy.
In the end, I don't have the shoes, I don't have the money for the shoes and I feel like I put 60 euros in the trash.

I perches a jacket from this company and they don’t even stand by there brand I didn’t even get to take off the Labels witch are still attached I put the $800.00 dollar jacket on my char near the window and in 6 months it faded out after jacket the reason why I put my jacket on the chair.
I was recovering from a motorbike accident and the jacket was replaced by my Insurance
I rang them up and they told me not to put it in direct sunlight so much for a riding jacket
Here in the US many people want to solve mistakes with a simple “ I’m sorry “ Dainese not even offer that.
Purchase date 5/8/2020, today’s date 6/7/2020 a month later and I have no item and no refund, simply unacceptable.
First world products with a third world service
I bought a boots on sale. The order was confirmed and claimed to have shipped. Weeks later I was wondering what happen to my order and FINALLY getting a hold of them They said OH your boot was already sold out. I'm like WHAT so I COULD HAVE USED THE BLACK FRIDAY DISCOUNT AND GOT A BOOT FROM ELSEWHERE INSTEAD YALL MAKE ME LOSE MY OPPORTUNITY AND GIVE ME A REFUND. NO SORRY HERES A DISCOUNT? IF I HAD NOT EMAILED THEM I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH NO BOOTS TO THIS DAY. THEY ALSO MESSED UP TWICE ORDERING THRU REVZILLA GIVING TORQUE D1( OLDER MODEL) IN A TORQUE 3 BOX! I PAID FOR THE LATEST TORQUE 3, HOW U GONNA GIVE ME TORQUE D1 BOOTS TWICE IN A ROW. I'VE HAD IT WITH DAINESE, ALPINESTARS IS GONNA GET MY BUSINESS NOW.
The worst shopping experience in a very long time
How come this big company doesn’t have a phone number in the US to reach them out ???
I purchased a pair of boots, the package came from Italy and took more than a week to arrived to my City, they used DHL the worst parcel service on earth based on my experience, it’s been two weeks of waiting time and DHL said they have attempted 2 times to deliver the package and I had to waste hours on the phone trying to get my package delivered, what they said was a big lie since me and my family are home every day all day due to the pandemic, plus we have a delivery room on site where all other carriers drop off packages in a very safe and effective way and only with a code sent by the apartment complex can be picked up
The worst problem is that Dainese will not respond to my emails, they attached a California phone number on the purchased confirmation email but nobody answered, it just keep ringing like if it was a private number
It’s been 18 Days now and I have no idea of the status of the package and when is my money will be refunded
As a good comparison I placed 3 orders from ChromeBurner & UrbanRider in Europe after the one I placed with Dainese and I had all my stuff delivered within 2 days, excellent service, excellent products, excellent customer service, they are exceptional !!
Never ever buying from Dainese again, very unprofessional customer service, I hope they don’t keep my money as well
